BREEAM ASSESSORS
Integra Ingenieros is a licensed Breeam New Construction Assessor. We have wide-ranging experience in applying Excellent and Outstanding ratings in our projects, and we are currently collaborating as assessors for what will be the highest-scoring Breeam buildings in the country.
BREEAM® (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is the most technically advanced evaluation and certification method of building sustainability and world leader in terms of the number of certified projects since its creation in 1990.
In Spain, an agreement was signed between BRE Global Ltd. (BRE) and the technological center ITG, leading to the formation of an Advisory Board and the creation of BREEAM® ES. From this moment onwards, all buildings located in Spain have been certified exclusively within Spain, without the possibility for an international version, thus guaranteeing proximity and agility with deadlines.
WIREDSCORE
WiredScore is a global certification that measures a building’s connectivity, along with the quality and resistance of its digital infrastructure, awarding a rating to facilitate recognition in the
market, thereby assisting owners in the evaluation, improvement, comparison, and promotion of their buildings.
This certification places buildings and their owners as leaders in technology, demonstrating to the market and to investors that they are committed to providing their tenants with the very best technological experiences.
In the short term, owners that invest in their buildings’ connectivity should perform well on the market, having positioned their buildings and their owners at the cutting-edge of innovation in
the property sector, thus generating shorter rental cycles and increased price per square meter, given that a building’s connectivity is an asset.

RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge
Integra Ingenieros is firmly committed to sustainability, and in an effort to go one step further than environmental regulations and certifications, we are proud to announce that our hotel and public housing projects exceed the standards set out by RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) for 2025 in its document “Climate Challenge”.

FITWEL CERTIFICATION
Currently, the Integra Ingenieros team is working on the only projects on the Spanish market to have been awarded a 3-star Fitwel rating.
