In recent years sustainable development has taken hold in the development and construction sector, changing the design landscape. With this in mind, Integra Ingenieros has been working with clients for some years now on the implementation of renewable energy sources: wind, photovoltaic, biomass, geothermal, etc.
Not just as systems consultants, but rather as active participants in the development of projects, including specifications for doors and windows and more efficient carpentry, sustainable drainage systems, collection and reuse of grey and rainwater, use of natural light, etc.
Today, we rely on an independent, multidisciplinary team, able to offer a complete service to our clients as consultants in sustainability, energy certification, life cycle optimization, and carbon footprint reduction.

In recent years we have worked with some of our country’s leading investment funds to search for a sustainable balance in the development of their assets and place them among market leaders. Some of the recent achievements that place us at the forefront of the sector include zero energy buildings (one step further than “nearly-zero energy”), and the development of advanced BMS and EMS strategies that allow for total control and monitoring of building operations and consumption.
