The main project management challenge is to ensure that the project’s aim and objectives are met within the known limits. Restrictions tend to include scope, time, quality, and budget.

The second challenge, and the most ambitious at Integra Ingenieros, is to optimize resource allocation to achieve predefined objectives. Many more limitations exist depending on the nature of the project, such as restrictions to do with safety, the environment, and others related to business opportunity and the company’s strategic needs.
